COMMISSION PRICES:Thank You so much for your interest in my work!• By commissioning me you automatically agree to my Terms of service.
• Before commissioning me please be sure to read everything throughly so we can avoid misunderstandings.
• If you’d like to commission me, I encourage you to browse through my Instagram or my portfolio for a bit of an overview.Important:
If you are looking for anything else not stated in my commission sheet menu, make sure to contact me for an approximate quote.How does the commission process work?
1. You fill out the commission form and wait for me to contact you and approve or decline your commission.
2. Upon approval depending on what exactly you want we will talk about the price one more time and start talking about ideas as I send you an invoice for you to pay.
3. I will start sending you concepts and work on your commission only after I have received payment.
4. You will receive WIP’s whenever I get the chance (and have made proper progress), however you are more than welcome to ask for updates every once in a while.
5. Once I have finished your commission I will be sending you the file via e-mail (o´▽`o) !♡
Commercial use, complex character designs, items, requests and simple background details will increase the total price. See 'Extras' list below!Digital Commission Prices:

Chibi: 200€



Bust-Up: Starts at 150€
Bust-Up illustration- Character will be displayed from shoulder/bust up.



Halfbody: Starts at 200€
Digital Halfbody Illustration - Character will be displayed from the belly (button) up.



Thigh-Up: Starts at 250€
Digital Thigh-Up Illustration - Character will be displayed from the thighs up.



Fullbody: Starts at 300€
Digital Fullbody Illustration - Character will be displayed fully. To benefit the composition some parts may be slightly cut off (unless previously discussed otherwise).



Character design: This truly depends on what you have in mind so make sure to contact me for an estimate/a quote.

Terms of service

• I encourage you to browse through my gallery (especially on my Instagram) for more samples and a better overview of my art.
• By ordering/commissioning you confirm you are over 18 years old, or you have a parent/guardian's permission.


GENERAL INFO/RULES
• Please be kind, patient and respectful with me.
• Please do not complain about my prices~ Art takes a lot of time, passion, and effort and therefore everyone is allowed to price their artwork the way they think it is worth, even if it does not fit someone else's expectations.
• Do NOT trace, vector, make a base of, copy, and don't claim the commissioned artwork as their own. No NFTs.
• I reserve the right to decline or request removal of any commission that I see fit or not in compliance with my terms or you have been proven to be troublesome in any way.
• You are not allowed to take credit for my art or remove my signature.
• I have the right increase the price if the artwork includes a lot of detail and extra work (e.g., A lot of details, Backgrounds, Character designs etc.) (You would of course be informed beforehand)


PAYMENTS
• Payment is via PayPal
• Payment will be upfront (after agreement upon concept sketch) and in Euro only.
• Once I received the payment and I started drawing you cannot (fully) cancel your order.
• Payments must be made in full before commission work is started. Please be sure to have all the required funds for your commission or your request will be declined.
• your commission request will be dropped/cancelled if you do not respond to me within 7 business days or your invoice is not paid by the due date.
• My drawings always come with a (small) watermark (usually in one of the corners) to protect myself.
• If you commission me for commercial purposes, the prices above do not apply. Commercial commissions will be charged x 2 - x 3 of the base price. (Check the Commercial price section and make sure to ask if you are not sure ^v^)
• If your commission is not your OC, I might be selling prints of it in the future!


ADJUSTMENTS AND CHANGES
• I do not apply major changes to the final drawing result by request unless I made a mistake!
→ small changes such as small coloring or marking mistakes.
• I will be sending sketches for you to approve/adjust/change.
• Adjustments and smaller changes are allowed while I am in the process of working on your digital commission (Once lineart is done it is quite hard to make changes to traditional commissions which is why it is stated as such)
• I will NOT continue unless they are approved, delivery date may also vary depending on time taken for adjustments/changes/approvals.


DELIVERY
• Commissions may take up to 4 weeks to complete and before sending off. This may be influenced by personal art as well as the queue. I will keep you updated with an approximate completion date.
• It is the client's responsibility to save the artwork. I can still look for it, but I do not tend to keep all my files on hand, and they will most likely be archived into an external hard drive. Alternatively, if you’re looking for your commission file, it should still be attached to the delivery email, so check in your email if it’s still there!


COPYRIGHT
• I hold every right to the artwork! You may use it for private purposes only such as reposting (with credits) etc. If you are not sure, ask me first.
• I, the artist, own all the full rights to the artwork(s).
• As the artist I have the right to use the art however I want e.g., posting on my own page, using it in banners etc. However, the commissioner will be credited in the captions. If you would like me to keep it private, please let me know.
• Commissioners can use the artwork for personal use only.
• Commissions are not for commercial use, unless specified otherwise.
• Commercial price examples & breakdown can be found below in the designated section.
• Do not claim credit for the creation of the artwork.
• Do not remove my signature/watermarks. There will also be an upload-able watermarked version provided!
• Please provide proper credit when using my artwork.


Cancellations and Refunds
• I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission if I will not be able to work on it or it no longer comply with my terms.
• If either party decides to cancel the commission and I HAVE started on your commission, your refund will be dependent on how much progress has been made. e.g.:
→After finishing the concept sketch and you approvingly sending me the
money, there will not be full refunds. If you decide that you want a refund (cancel the commission) after i have already started working on it (and did not get a lot done yet, meaning I have just finished the clean sketch for example) you can have a partial refund (no more than 50% max)
→Once inking/lining has started it becomes nonrefundable.
• Payment is non-refundable when the commission is completed and delivered.


Commercial Use Price/Breakdown
• No matter what commercial use option applied, I, as the artist own all rights to my artwork. This is solely a permit to use the artwork commercially.
